ZLTECH 2 phase Nema23 24-36VDC closed loop stepper driver for 3D printer
Common problems and troubleshooting
1. The power indicator is off
The input power supply is faulty. Please check the power supply line. The voltage is too low
2. The red light is on
Check whether the motor feedback signal line and motor power supply phase line are connected
Step servo driver input voltage is too high or too low
3. Run a small Angle after the red light alarm
Whether the phase sequence of the motor is correctly connected. If it is not correct, connect it to the corresponding phase sequence of the driver according to the motor identifier
In the driver configuration parameters, whether the number of lines of the motor encoder is consistent with the actual parameters of the connected motor. If they are different, reset them
Whether the pulse input speed is greater than the rated speed of the motor the position is out of tolerance
4. No rotation after pulse input
Step servo drive pulse input terminal connection is reliable
Whether the input mode in the stepper servo drive system configuration is pulse input depends on the input mode
Whether the motor is enabled to loosen
