1. Working principle

Brushless DC motors use electrical drive devices such as semiconductor switching devices and position sensors to achieve electronic commutation, that is, replacing traditional contact commutators and brushes with electronic switching devices.
In short, the electronic commutator controls the on and off of the brushless DC motor coil based on the rotor position and speed signals. When the coil is energized, the stator coil generates a magnetic field, which interacts with the permanent magnet. The generated torque causes the rotor to rotate. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears and the rotor keeps rotating due to inertia. By continuously controlling the on and off of the coil, the stator can be precisely controlled.
